Fire Sprinkler Systems
Sprinklers work while everyone sleeps. In most fires, only the one or two heads right above the flames open – the rest of the building stays dry.
Since January 2026, Punjab requires sprinklers in high-risk buildings. We design the system on proper hydraulic calculations, install it cleanly around your ducts and lights, and pressure-test every section before handover.
usually controls the fire – sprinklers operate only where the heat is
The firefighter that never sleeps
Automatic sprinklers are the most effective fire-protection system ever developed: they work 24/7 without anyone present, and in most fires only the one or two heads closest to the fire open. Since January 2026 Punjab requires sprinklers in high-risk buildings – and insurers reward them.

Tap any part of the drawing to see what it does.
- 01Pumps keep the pipes full of water under pressure
- 02Heat bursts the bulb in the head nearest the fire
- 03Water flows, the alarm valve rings and the fire panel is alerted

Sprinkler system types
Wet pipe
Pipes are always full of water; the heated glass bulb bursts and water flows instantly – the most common and reliable type.
Dry pipe
Pipes hold pressurised air; used in cold stores and unheated areas where water could freeze.
Pre-action
Needs a detection signal before water enters the pipes – used for server rooms and archives where accidental discharge is costly.
Deluge
All heads are open; a detection system releases water everywhere at once – for high-hazard areas like transformers.
Hazard classification & hydraulics
Light, ordinary or high hazard sets water density and area; hydraulic calculations size pipes and pumps.
Alarm valve & flow switches
Detect water flow, ring the alarm gong and report to the fire panel.

Why our sprinkler systems pass the test
Pipe sizes, pump duty and water storage calculated – not guessed.
Coordinated drawings that avoid clashes with ducts and lights.
Every section tested and certified before handover.
Quarterly valve and pump tests under AMC.

Questions we answer on the survey
- What do you need now, and what can wait?
- How will it connect to the systems you already have?
- What will it cost to run and maintain each year?
- Which local rules and inspections apply to your site?
