Fire Hydrants & Hose Reels

In the first minutes of a fire, a trained staff member with a hose reel can do more than a fire engine stuck in traffic.

We install hose reels your team can reach from anywhere in the building, and hydrants and landing valves that give the fire brigade water exactly where they need it – after the 2026 audits, Punjab now expects every relevant building to have them.

Why it matters

Water within reach, on every floor

Hose reels let trained staff fight a fire in its first minutes. Hydrants and landing valves give the fire brigade a reliable water supply where they need it. After the 2026 audits, Punjab directed buildings to install hydrants – and a system that works on the day matters more than one that just exists.

Technical depth

Hydrant system components

01

Ring main

A looped underground pipe around the site so water reaches every hydrant from two directions.

02

Wet & dry risers

Vertical pipes in buildings – wet risers are always charged; dry risers are filled by the fire brigade.

03

Hose reels (first aid)

25–30 m semi-rigid hose, always ready, usable by one person.

04

Landing valves & hose cabinets

Outlets on each floor with canvas hoses and branch pipes for trained teams.

05

Fire brigade inlets

Breeching inlets let fire engines boost pressure or supply water.
