One press. Everyone alerted.
Pakistan’s first centralized panic-button and emergency-response network for an industrial estate. Dexign Box is the approved vendor of the Security Crisis & Management Committee of the Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOMSIE) for installing, commissioning and maintaining the system – and it has been running for around a year across multiple factories. One press of a wireless button sounds the siren on site and alerts the estate’s Industrial Security Unit, factory management and the response team together.

Equipment alone isn’t enough – coordination is
Both factories have extinguishers and a fire alarm. The difference is what happens in the first few minutes: one guard searches for numbers on a phone with no signal and a dying battery; the other presses one button and the people responsible for the response are alerted together.
Phone calls and guesswork
- The guard spots smoke but isn’t sure who to call first
- No signal, a low battery, missing emergency numbers
- The line manager doesn’t answer
- Every failed call costs precious minutes
- The fire spreads; production stops for weeks
Centralized panic button
- The guard presses the designated panic button
- The estate’s Industrial Security Unit is alerted at once
- Factory management and the response team get notifications
- Evacuation and the emergency plan start sooner
- Professional help is coordinated when it’s needed
Extinguishers and alarms need trained people and a clear procedure behind them.
Searching for numbers and waiting for answers can turn a small fire into a major loss.
A centralized panic button alerts the designated people together, so the response starts sooner.
The panic button is an alert and coordination system. It does not put out fires and does not replace fire alarms, extinguishers, training, evacuation plans or professional emergency services – it connects them.
From a button press to a coordinated response – in seconds
The hardware
- Wireless panic button – accidental-press prevention, up to 3 years of battery life, can signal fire, intrusion or gas-leak emergencies
- Wireless alarm hub – multiple network paths, built-in rechargeable backup battery, cloud updates
- Wireless internal siren – multiple alarm sounds, up to 2.5 years of battery life
- Zero extra installation – wireless devices fit existing buildings without new cabling or civil work
The central platform
- Real-time dashboard for alerts and system status across all sites
- Instant communication with response teams
- Mobile alerts for owners and managers on the move
- Record keeping for audits and safety improvement
- Scalable to more factories, more estates and more safety categories
Every minute between a fire starting and help arriving costs more
Fires spread in minutes. Punjab recorded 28,495 fire incidents in 2025 – short circuits were the single biggest cause.
Night shifts, stores and isolated rooms are where fires go unnoticed longest. A button there brings help immediately.
In a dense estate, one fire threatens the neighbours too. Central alerts let the whole estate respond as one.
Rescue services repeatedly show that fast response saves lives and property – in September 2025 alone Rescue 1122 Punjab reported Rs 4.37 billion of property saved.
Supports the duties employers carry under the Punjab Occupational Safety and Health Act 2019 – emergency preparedness and prompt reporting.
Simple enough for any worker: no app, no code, no training needed to raise the alarm.
A one-time investment that protects for years
- A one-time investment in hardware and installation protects the factory for years
- First year of operation & maintenance included free
- Battery-powered wireless devices – no new cabling, no civil work, no production downtime
- Start with a few buttons and add more points or sites any time
- A fraction of what a single fire costs in stock, machinery and lost production
- Local Lahore team with 24/7 support
Thank you, BOMSIE – for the vision that made this possible

This project began with a vision from the Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOMSIE). Its Security Crisis & Management Committee saw that every factory in the estate deserved a direct line to help – and that the estate could respond far faster if every alarm reached one central point.
BOMSIE championed the idea, brought industry together for briefing sessions and authorized Dexign Box to install, commission and maintain the system across the estate. We are grateful for their leadership and trust, and proud to turn their concept into Pakistan’s first centralized industrial panic-button network.
We believe this model – estate management, industry and an engineering partner working together – can make every industrial estate in Pakistan safer.
“A tripartite implementation of this system will facilitate a prompt and more effective response by the respective teams in the event of any industrial fire or emergency situation.”
